Your side of the table. Nothing to sell.
Ocean View Elevator Consulting is an independent advisory firm serving Florida's Atlantic coast. Send us a contract or walk a machine room with our team and you get senior, QEI certified analysis with no repair revenue behind it, and no head office that profits when your building needs work.
Fifteen years on the inside
QEI Certified · Independent and Vendor Neutral
Fifteen plus years inside the elevator industry: maintenance, modernization, and inspection, across every major manufacturer's equipment. More than 2000 elevators and escalators assessed. QEI certification, the credential held by qualified elevator inspectors.
That background matters because elevator contracts and proposals are written by people who assume you cannot check their work. We can, and we do. We have written the kinds of proposals that land on board tables, and we know where the padding hides, which exclusions cost buildings the most, and what a maintenance visit is supposed to include but often does not.
Why Ocean View is independent by design
Most elevator advice comes bundled with something the advisor wants to sell: a maintenance takeover, a parts order, a modernization bid. Ocean View is structured so that conflict cannot exist. We sell no parts. We hold no maintenance contracts. We never bid on work we help scope. Our only revenue is consulting fees paid by building owners, which means our only incentive is being right.
Who we serve
Condominium boards and associations, property management firms, and commercial and institutional owners including hospitals, hotels, offices, universities, municipal facilities, and industrial plants, from Daytona Beach through the Space Coast and Treasure Coast to Palm Beach County.
